Noela Dodera de Mello is an Associate in the Notarial Department of Andersen in
Uruguay. As a Notary Public, she provides legal advice on real estate transactions,
urban developments, incorporation of commercial companies, mortgages, family
and inheritance law, automotive matters, among others, working with clients from
the United States, Europe and Latin America.
IIn her years as a Notary Public, Noela has accumulated experience in a wide range
of local businesses, advising clients on Real Estate transactions with Plaza Banks,
assisting them in the negotiation and execution of property purchases, mortgages
and leases.
Noela has significant experience in the automotive industry, having provided
extensive services in that field.
Noela has experience in commercial matters, in the constitution of companies
according to Uruguayan law and in the declarations that legally must be reported to
the Central Bank of Uruguay.
He has attended various courses such as "Update in Registration Law", "Financial
Inclusion and Money Laundering Law“, "The Specifics of Rural Real Estate
Transactions“ , among others.
