
Julieta is an attorney graduated from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). She
holds a Master's Degree in Human Rights, Rule of Law, and Democracy, awarded
by the University of Alcalá de Henares (Spain). She is currently completing a
Postgraduate Program in Procedural Law and Litigation at the University of
Montevideo.
Professionally, she works in the litigation area, with extensive experience in civil
and family law cases. She also has deep knowledge of the Uruguayan healthcare
system, standing out for her broad experience in obtaining high-cost medical
treatments through legal actions.
Julieta has been part of the Complex Case Laboratory at the University of the
Republic and is currently a teaching assistant at the same institution.
Her professional practice at Andersen includes advising national and international
clients in the following areas:
