commercial companies, mortgages, family and inheritance law, automotive matters,
among others, working with clients from the United States, Europe and Latin
America.
In her years as a Conveyance Attorney, Clara has accumulated experience in a
wide range of local businesses, advising clients in real estate transactions with local
banks, assisting them in the negotiation and execution of property purchases,
mortgages and leases.
Clara has experience in commercial matters, in the incorporation of companies
according to Uruguayan law and in the declarations that legally must be reported to
the Central Bank of Uruguay.
